Cancellation policy

Stays under 28 nights (Moderate). Cancel within 24 hours of booking for free. After that, cancel at least 5 days before check-in for a full refund. [Owner to confirm: refund if cancelled less than 5 days before check-in.]

Stays of 28 nights or more (Strict long-term). Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 nights are non-refundable.
